I've been editing a seminar for a client of mine and we're trying to incorporate the PPT presentation into the video. At first, I decided to recreate each slide in PSD to give it a more polished look. IMO, the PPT used in the presentation are not aesthically pleasing (trying to be nice).
That said, I got 363 PPT slides that will be included in the video. I've come to the realization that recreating each slide in PSD is going to take a long, long time.
Question- what's the easiest or most effecient way to import PPT slides into PP CS4?
I did this recently as well.
I exported the ppt and ended up with jpgs.
Problem was they ended up sequential numbered jpegs but did not appear to be in the same order as the ppt presentation.
Tedious and boring it was too.
BTW: You select all the slides in the ppt then you "save as" jpeg (tif, png etc...)
MS has a horrid behavior with multiple files, etc., when you select more than two. It wants to open/save them in an odd order. IIRC, it is 1st, last, then 2nd thru next to last. I just hate that, especially when opening multiple files into PS, as the files will be tiled in that odd order. Do not know why they cannot get things in order. Do not know if Win7 has finally addressed that.
