Folders and topics are "disappearing"

Using:  RoboHelp HTML 8 with version control (RoboSource 3.x)

Folders are disappearing (and their topics) from the Project Manager in Robohelp HTML.  The files are shown as hidden in RoboSource -- I can make them visible from the root directory.  However, today I tried to do that and the folders/topics are not "reappearing" in the RoboHelp HTML window.

Somehow, the folders/topics are randomly I have no idea what is causing this, thought I had found a workaround, but today it's not working. Any help would be appreciated!!

Have you applied the two patches for RH8? If not see the Sticky Topics.
