How do I flag beats in Soundbooth and export the markers to Premiere?

      Hi everyone.

I'm a total noob to Premiere.

      I've got CS5.

For the last 2 years I've been using Windows Movie Maker to make videos like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ccLlabMJ4E

It's been painstaking and slow slow slow, so I've upgraded my machine and my software.

I was under the impression that I'd be able to import a sound clip, edit it in soundbooth to find the beats and mark them up, then come back over to Premiere and drag the little films / photos to the markers, saving me hours and hours of time.

I've searched around quite a bit and I can't find how to do this. I've read this: forums.adobe.com/thread/531797 and the * keytap is a really good start and has already saved me loads of time, but I'd like to get it accurate and preferably automatic.

      If anyone knows how to:

      1) Find beats and auto mark them in Soundbooth

      2) Save beats / markers and then see them in Premiere

Or if anyone knows a good book / dvd which covers this then I'd be delighted and grateful.

Thanks in advance for your assistance, and apologies if I've repeated a question that's previously been dealt with.
