Not really, no. Fireworks is not a general-purpose WYSIWYG code-generating program. It is a Web graphics program with limited code export that you can use to produce prototypes/mockups.
Some people use the code as a base and tweak it, but I find that the FW code is very obscure, making it difficult to trace out and adapt. If you know your HTML and CSS, you can do it. But if you know your HTML and CSS...why would you?
