    Spry nav bar

Hi. I was going to use the spry vertical nav bar feature in DW in a site I am designing, but a colleague warned me that a lot of end-user turn javascript off in their browsers. Is there a way to keep a functional nav bar like this without relying on javascript to be turned on? Anyone any idea the % of users who turn off javascript? Thanks in advance. Any other clever ideas welcomed!!!

Not a lot. Only about 4% of global users.

Provide users with a text based site map.
