Limits on conversion?

Hello, what kind of file limits does PDF Generator have?  For example I am testing the product out right now and am running into issues converting a 20 mb .xls file.  To me this shouldn't be an issue, however I seem to be timing out.  I tried turing up the timeout to 20 minutes, that does not seem to fix the problem.  Any suggestions?  Or, was PDF/g not designed to handle 20 mb files?

Hi,

20mb is no size to speak of. You should be able to convert files of size 100mb+. How do you invoke PDF Generator? Did you try to invoke PDF G from Workbench, just to check? I am able to convert a word document of size 84 mb without any issue.
