1. Re: batch change shape layers PS CS3
Jeffrey Tranberry Jun 15, 2010 8:45 AM (in response to auctioneer)Are the lines around the shape's strokes? If so, just create a new Layer Style preset and select all layers and apply it to change the width of the stroke.

2. Re: batch change shape layers PS CS3
auctioneer Jun 15, 2010 9:25 AM (in response to Jeffrey Tranberry)What I've done originally was load an image of a product, select the line tool, select the 'fill path', select white and a 5px line width and draw on the .PSD image to show dimension of an item. Each image has probably 25 seperate lines all on individual layers. The lines are solid white, no strokes. What I don't want to do is delete all my shape layers and start fresh, this will take me forever. Is it still possible to change the width of the lines all at once?
Thanks..

3. Re: batch change shape layers PS CS3
Jeffrey Tranberry Jun 15, 2010 9:30 AM (in response to auctioneer)In that case, I think you're kinda stuck with doing it in a manual way. There are ways to update one to update many including building projects with smart objects and/or layer styles - I'd look more into those as you start to rebuild what you have to make it more friendly to change elements in 'batches.'

4. Re: batch change shape layers PS CS3
auctioneer Jun 15, 2010 9:39 AM (in response to Jeffrey Tranberry)This is probably a stupid question..but I need to ask regardless. I'm not at home right now so I can't try anything suggested, I'm just trying to resolve this issue so when I get back home and get busy I can work through this project and meet a tight timeline.
If I were to select the 25 shape layers and convert into smart objects, would it then be possible to make the changes?
Just asking ;-))
