    simple design dropdown menu

      My navigation menu is in a frame at the top of my page. It consists of typed words layed out in a table. I would like to be able to roll over the words to see subcategories drop right down below the words, which you can click on to go directly to a page. I dont want borders around the words, nor do I want to have to click anything but whichever menu item or it's subcategory I choose. I keep being led to jump menus but these have field boxes, as do list menus. I want the simple look of text only. Unless of course, I can actually turn off the visible borders of list menus. Can I? And if I use the list menu option, this has to be inserted into a form? Can I do a simple text roll-over/drop-down menu without having to make a form object?

          Probably not the best option.

          That's going to be difficult if you are using frames

          You don't need to use forms. You can do this with HTML, CSS and Javascript.
          You'll likely have to ditch the frames though.

          There are dozens upon dozens of fly-out navigation menu systems. Alas, most
          of them suck.
