I have recently upgraded my Flash CS3 to the new CS5 version. Here I have noticed that whenever I get any "Help" by pressing the F1 key. it fetches the help content from Adobe's site. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes it shows me the following error:
We're sorry, you are not allowed access to the service you requested.
If you feel you should have access, please contact the appropriate authorities and give them your IP address.
Thank you for your patience."
Any idea? Who are the appropriate authorities and how to contact them?
I am having this same issue with the Help. All my other CS5 help documents come up fine. Just the Flash help document has this same issue. Have you been able to resolve the issue?
Not exatly. Sometimes a retry works, but most of the time I have to take help from the online Adobe contents.
I found this a few minutes ago and it appeared to work for me too.
Also when I signed into the Community Help there was an update... but it looks like the file remained the same. Try updating first and then follow the instructions on the link above.
