Missing Video filters with Premiere Pro CS5

Today I installed the upgrade for Win (64bits) Adobe Production CS4 to CS5 on my PC i7-975 containing videocard NVIDIA GeForce GTS250 (only a few months old). The installation went smoothly, but AT LEAST 3 video effects are missing after the conversion. When opening one of my video projects in Premiere CS5 (originally edited in CS4 and today converted to CS5) it displays warnings as follows:

Video Filter missing (possibly due to lack of high-end GPU card on system):  AE.ADBE AEGPUPageCurl

Video Filter missing (possibly due to lack of high-end GPU card on system):  AE.ADBE AEGPURipple

      Video Filter missing:  PPro.TimeWarp

And indeed in CS5 the effect Ripple (Circular) has disappeared from the edit and the other two probably also.

So now I have the questions:

      - How many more effects are no longer available and which are they?

      - What is the solution to this problem?

From the CS5 documentation I understand that some effects can now more efficiently be processed with certain video cards. But I would not expect effects to disappear in an upgrade or that the CS5-upgrade would also involve a hardware-upgrade. On the contrary.

Why would performance be more important than availability?

Thank you very much for answers.
