Now, I'm curious what Jim Simon posted that was removed.
PM it Jim.
I seemed to have a similar crash problem everytime I export in Encoder.
I switched off my firewall ("ZoneAlarm') and this seems to have fixed the problem.
So far so good. Several of our videos have already run without a hitch. As "unique" as this editing format may seem, it's worked extremely well, allowing us to see the video in Premiere CS5 as it will actually play across all four screens. In corporate video production, we get videos from clients in every imaginable format and frame rate. The CS5 suite has worked great for us so far. We are exporting our final videos in a grass valley Turbo 2 compatible format. The idea of transferring videos to the staging tech via flash drive sure beats DV Cam or other delivery methods. The Turbo 2 is picky about what it accepts and the software export workflow made available through Canopus/grass valley, pretty much sucks in my opinion. But... we're jumping through the hoops and getting things to work.

I called you on the discrepancy between rectangular pixels and a 1.5 PAR, then caught myself, realizing that a 1.5 PAR will use rectangular pixels.
