    AMFPHP Error on Production Server

    Francisc Level 3

      Hello!

      I am using AMFPHP 1.9 (latest stable version at the time of this post) and it works fine on localhost.

      The problem is on the remote server, where I get this error:

      Channel.Connect.Failed error NetConnection.Call.Failed: HTTP: Status 406

      Any idea what needs to be setup differently?

      Thank you!

          hi,.

          try going to the amfphp browser, that way you can see if your services etc are there, also are you configuring your endpoints to the remote server in the services-config file.

          http://mydomain.com/amfphp/browser/browser.html   <<====== replace mydomain.com with your host.

            I'll give that a go, but I set it properly for the application itself - as the browser is not neccesary for AMFPHP to work - and it didn't do the trick.

            Thanks, I'll let you know.

              Nope, that didn't fix it.

              The error I get is this:

              (mx.rpc::Fault)#0
                errorID = 0
                faultCode = "Client.Error.MessageSend"
                faultDetail = "Channel.Connect.Failed error NetConnection.Call.Failed: HTTP: Failed"
                faultString = "Send failed"
                message = "faultCode:Client.Error.MessageSend faultString:'Send failed' faultDetail:'Channel.Connect.Failed error NetConnection.Call.Failed: HTTP: Failed'"
                name = "Error"
                rootCause = (Object)#1
                  code = "NetConnection.Call.Failed"
                  description = "HTTP: Failed"

              I've been trying to get this fixed for 2 days now and I can only find the same question everywhere with no answer.
