Okay it's been way almost 2 weeks. I need help please
Try using a flash player, there are lots of free video and music players and flash has lots of configuration options.
The only way I've seen this very stubborn problem controlled is by getting the movie into Flash and controlling it with Action Script. I can't tell you how to do this, but I've sat and watched someone do it. I struggled much with this just as you have been. Find a Flash expert!
I dont want to buy anything else at this point. So is thers a way, that is going to give me maximum resolution with a small compression, like QT will? I shoot HD and image quality is extremely important for my clients. I have FC Studio 1, CS2 and CS3. I edit the videos in Final Cut and so I need a work flow around that, that would allow mt NOT to have to go; FC to compresssor, to another program. If I can do something like; FC export to another program. or FC export quicktime master and then import qt master into another program that would be ideal
Nevermind, it actuallty was not that hard. I just had to read the code over and over, and figure out where it should go. All I added was" <object classid="clsid:02BF25D5-8C17-4B23-BC80-D3488ABDDC6B" codebase=" http://www.apple.com/qtactivex/qtplugin.cab" width="320" height="196" align="bottom">

<param name="target" value="quicktimeplayer" />
<param name="type" value="video/quicktime" height="196" width="320" />
<param name="controller" value="true" />

Maybe you guys can stop resorting to flash., LOL
