Showing customers Pantone colors vs. CMYK

I have some clients out of state that occasionally want Pantone colors run.  We have CMYK digital presses and (except on rare cases) only run that.  Is there a way in Illustrator to accurately show a client via PDF proof a Pantone square next to the same Pantone made out of CMYK and have them tell if it is a "close enough" match?

Unfortunately most of these clients don't have a CMYK vs. Pantone comparison book.  I also realize they would have to have a calibrated screen to view whatever I sent them but is there anyway there would be an accurate way to do this?
