Flex performance on Atom in IE

We have a flex app that is compiled into one SWF about 3mb. It works fine on every platform except on Atom processor. Even on Atom it works fine in FF or IE with hyper threading off. But as soon as hyper threading is turned on, it takes several minutes for Flash player to load the app. Once loaded everything seems to be running ok.

The machine that is exhibiting the problem is a Dell Optiplex with Atom 330 1.6GHz processor and 3 GB of RAM running XP SP3. Once again, this problem only occurs with various versions of IE and Flash player only when hyper threading is turned on.

Has anyone ran with this issue related to Atom processor and Hyper threading.
