You use the correct ME version of AI that supports RTL writing. Other than that - no, the behavior is perfectly normal for any version of AI that defaults to western/ latin encoding.
That is a bit unfortunate as I am not too willing to get a seperate copy.
However, at least I know now what the cause was, thank you very much!
If you are only typing limited Hebrew, then acquire left to right flowing Hebrew fonts and type text backwards or with arrow key
My downloaded version of Flash CS5 does the same thing even if you use the R to L function of TLF. Also the CS4 with the downloaded TLF software. I have done the dialogue box with R to L and Hebrew locale and it still acts weird. The ME version seems to only have English Flash bundled. What do people in Isreal do? This is so strange, and I have a project to complete for work!
