    rds template links problem

    Brimard
      Hello,

Trying to work out an issue with a user who is using RDS to access files on a remote server. Creating a new page based on a template is resulting in the relative links not updating correctly. Works just fine via traditional network setting. Does have access to the template directory.

Looking for some suggestions as to why this might be occuring. Thanks!

Allowing a user to have RDS access gives me the willies. Why is this the
          preferred setup?

networked drive or FTP is slow affair...remote location. Twenty minutes or so before Dreamweaver starts and files are cached.

Network between user and server is being upgraded in 60 days, just working on a way to get this done in the meantime.
