I am uing Flash Builder 4.0.1 under Windows 7.
My application has user files in documentsDirectory (the program reads and writes to files in a subdirectory of "My Documents"...):
var trFile:File = File.documentsDirectory.resolvePath(name);
var fs:FileStream = new FileStream();
_buff = what ever ...
When I stop the program with a Run/Terminate, flex/flash debug copies over my files in this (user directory). Why is this happening? How can I stop it from doing so?
I thought I'd clarify my question:
my program writes to files. While I am in the debugger (after sw has written adn closed the files), the changes the program made are seen (if I view the files). However, when I terminate the debugging session (via run/terminate), the files content reverts to their previous state. flash builder is restoring the files: How do I prevent it from doing so?
