I get a message that my computer is not authorized. When I try to authorize it it does not
work as I have had too many attempts. I have checked my user name and password and they are correct. It woul
d appear that all that is required is for my adobe reader account to be reset. It is unbelieveable tha
tt this cannot be done over the telephone or even through an email. I am now sitting with an expensive Sony
Ereader which does not work because of an adobe problem. How frustrating!!!!!!!
