    How to stop table boxes re-sizing

    doors_to_manual
      I am doing a community Art project using DW8. We have 20 thumbnail pics we want to put on one page
      I set up a table of 4 x 5 to cover 20 pics. When I import the pictures (which are of different sizes) they resize the table box.
      Is there any way I can keep the table boxes fixed size and when I import the pics they fill the box but do not resize it.
      Also is using a table the right way, how should I be doing this? If I can get this to work there are another 150 pics waiting to be added to the community web page !!
      Any help, suggestions appreciated

          yes you can make your pictures the same size BEFORE importing them into the table.

            Tables is the old way.

            But you can set up a similar box for a number of images using css
            floats. so assuming the images have been reduced to about 175px wide

            this will give you

            <style type="text/css">
            <!--
            .leftimgLandscape {
            float: left;
            margin: 5px;
            padding: 5px;
            height: 140px;
            width: 180px;
            background-color:#CCCCCC; /* this is just to show the box
            cerated for the photo - delete it */}
            -->
            </style>
            </head>
            <body id="default">
            <!-- Start Main body -->
            <div class="leftimgLandscape">
            <img src="/img/image1.jpg" alt="alternative text" width="300"
            height="200" title="image title" />
            <p class="photolegend">1 This is the image description</p>
