I think so -- look at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/681386?tstart=0 for how to add a link -- but are you sure it would work? I guess it would only work reliably if you have one single paragraph with the destination name "hyperde", and all "hyperso" paragraphs should point to that one.
The imported text is XML. Actually there are two element names with hyperso and hyperde that are mapped to paragraph styles. These elements have the attribute "id" that would match the value of these two elements.
For example: element hyperso has got attribute "id" with value "1" that has a hyperlink destination to element hyperde with the attribute "id" and the value "1"
<hyperso id="1">Source</hyperso> <hyperde id="1">Destination</hyperde>
