After Effects CS4 OpenGL is disabled when it shouldn't be?

    JOEY!!! 【ツ】 Level 1

Enable OpenGL is grayed out and it says "No compatible OpenGL video card found." In Photoshop it does let me enable OpenGL. I have OpenGL Extensions Viewer 3.0 and it says my card version is 2.1 but also gets 5/23 on 3.0 and 1/8 on 3.1. It passes the requirements for After Effects so how do I get it to enable it? Thanks!

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium. This is the information on my Graphics  Card:
