Anybody get this working in Win 7 64 bit?  Seems to work fine under XP Pro, but absolutely nothing happens in Win 7.

Have you tried it as Administrator?

Yep.  Same behavior, not a thing happens.

Had a go at the demo, works just fine.

I have everything set to Administrator. I have but one account.

It should work fine on Windows 7 in a Standard user account.

Do you mean that there are no windows appearing at all when you try to start it up?

In Windows Explorer, open the Program Files folder and hover the cursor over the "DVMP-Pro5.exe" file. What is the displayed File Version ?

That's correct, no windows at all.  Nothing appears in Task Manager either.  File version is 5.0.3.0.

Strange that it works for others.  I've never seen an executable just do nothing before.

Is there a current problem report for DVMP Pro in

Control Panel > Problem Reports  and Solutions > View Problem History

Also, is there a "dvmp-pro.mdmp" in the home folder of your windows account?

The only time that's happened to me is when my serial number was invalid or expired.  Have you done any system-level cleaning or made other changes that might affect DVMP's perception of your serial number?  Have you tried uninstall/reinstall?

Control Panel > Problem Reports  and Solutions > View Problem History

                        Don't have such a path.

There's no serial number, it's the trial.

Sorry I forgot this was Windows 7.

Click the Start button and in the search box Type "Event Viewer".

When the Event Viewer window opens, in the left-hand tree view, click on   Event Viewer (Local) > Windows Logs > Application

Look for "Error" in the "Level" column. Double-click the entry and a window appears with more information. The General tab shows the details, and the Copy button copies the info to the clipboard.

                            No events reported.

Even the "Run As Administrator" fails to call up the Permissions window.  This little exe does absolutely nothing.

                            Weird.
