Slow Application Startup

I have recently been seeing very slow (up to 1 minute) startup times from ID CS3, which started a couple of months ago.

I do use JavaScript alot with automating stuff, including custom dialog boxes and panels.  I had thought that maybe these dialogs were not closing properly, leaving junk in the application itself, but my code does destroy the dialogs, so I dont think this is my problem.

Any Ideas?
