    2 months waiting for a single answer to a support case is outrageous

      I opened a case on the 25th of May, and it is pending a response. I am still waiting.......


      I bought Flex 2 on Ebay,

      and had the serial number emailed to me to save on postage.  I registered the product Ok online. I downloaded

      the original installer from http://www.adobe.com/support/flex/downloads_updaters.html but the code was not accepted

      on installation, saying it was invalid.


      How can it be accepted online as valid in the registration, but not in the Software? I would try and get the discs,

      but the guy isnt answering my emails.
