Playing Rotate3D effect

    AMIR820321548863 Level 1

      Hello

      I am trying to play Rotate3d effect from my main apllication page to a component.

      Meannig I am building an apllication that has three states. when the user press a button

      user view move to a diffrent state.

      each of the three state compile from a specific component.

      When the user press the button and move to another state i wish the Rotate3D effect to work on an object inside that component.

      (Hope someone will understand this long explanation)

      for some reason I am unable to make it work

      here is my code

      MAIN APLLICATION

      protected functionbutton4_clickHandler(event:MouseEvent):void

      {

      dispatchEvent(event);

      currentState ='AboutME'

      varPlayEffect:aboutme = newaboutme;

      PlayEffect.chooseSound(1);

      }

      COMPONENT

      <fx:Declarations>

      <s:Rotate3D angleXFrom="100" angleXTo="360" angleYFrom="0" angleYTo="0" angleZFrom="0" angleZTo="360" target="{AboutMeText}" id="Moveaboutme2" duration="1000"/>

      <mx:Glow alphaFrom="1" alphaTo="0.2" id="glow1" target="{AboutMeText}" color="#ffffff" duration="2000"/>

      </fx:Declarations>

      <fx:Script>

      <![CDATA[

      public function chooseSound(value:int):void

      {

      if(value==1)

      {

      glow1.play();

      Moveaboutme2.play();

      }

      }

      Does anyone have any idea was this doesnt work?
