I just finished a help system with a FlashHelp layout. It does not pull up in IE7, the HTML version works fine in IE7.

The flash works fine in Firefox...any thoughts?

Hi kbuckner

Seems almost silly to ask, but ask I will. Are you sure your IE7 is equipped with the Flash plugin? Also, If it's version 9 of the Flash plugin, I've seen FlashHelp fail and force me to uninstall the plugin and reinstall Flash 8 player. That may be the case too.

Cheers... Rick
