Flash Publish setting : Exporting specific frame as png

I found this in the Flash help but I'm unable to make it work :

Flash exports the first frame in the SWF file as a PNG file, unless you mark a different keyframe for export by entering the #Static frame label.

      Sources : http://www.adobe.com/livedocs/flash/9.0/UsingFlash/help.html?content=WSd60f23110762d6b883b 18f10cb1fe1af6-7bc8.html

When publishing the fla, the png is build from the frame that is currently displayed in flash (if my timeline is at frame 3, frame 3 get exported).

This feature is supposed to be working for JPEG and GIF publishing too but none of those seems to work for me, this always result with the current frame being exported. It's not a problem with the version too, I tried in CS3 and CS4 and the feature is supposed to be working in both.

      Can anybody help?
