1. Re: Captivate 5 trial version--track quiz result without an LMS
yjia70 Aug 2, 2010 7:02 PM (in response to yjia70)Never mind, I figured it out. Basically, not only do you have to have an adobe.com ID, you have to verify that ID at acrobat.com first. Also, when learners click the post result button, they have to have an adobe.com ID and verify it at acrobat.com also. Seems to me too much hassle to require the learners to go through. I'm afraid this new feature isn't going to be a big help to us.

Lilybiri Aug 3, 2010 1:59 AM (in response to yjia70)Hello,
There is another parallel solution, without acrobat.com, using an Internal server. Did you check that possibility?

yjia70 Aug 3, 2010 12:52 PM (in response to Lilybiri)Yes, I'm interested in that possiblity, but I didn't find a lot of info regarding how to set the internal server up. Does it have to be a specific type of server? How about .net?
Thanks.

James Martin Aug 4, 2010 10:33 AM (in response to yjia70)It requires a web server running PHP. I'm working on a tutorial for using it. It's quite nice. The code is simple, so I suspect creating a .NET version would be easy for someone familiar with that platform.
