I am currently working on a project involving packet captures on the World Cup games. I currently have five games captured, and in each there is a general pattern of alternating between high and low bitrates. Can anyone conclusively say whether this is due to dynamic streaming, and if so, how can one conclusively say? If anyone knows and can help, I would greatly appreciate it. I have linked an image of graphs.
