Robohelp X5 Download

Hi All,

I have licenses for Robohelp X5 but I do not know where to download it
from. There is no link available on the Adobe website or anywhere else
to download an X5 version.

I have contacted the Adobe customer support/tech. support and the URL
they provided me to download the desired version isn't working. They
provided me with some FTP link which I cannot access. They escalated
it to L3 level support and I am still waiting and my problem exists.
There is no answer yet :(

I have the order number, customer ID. Robohelp X5 keys, date purchased
and everything and I provided everything to Adobe customer support but
they weren't able to help me out.

My deadline for online help project is approaching and I really need
some here help here. If anyone knows from where could I download the
Robohelp X5 please let me know. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.

Only Adobe can provide download links and if they do not work, you must pursue them with that problem.

Your second and third paragraphs seem to contradict. It sounds like they have pointed you to what they believed would work and have escalated the matter as the links did not work.

You will have to pursue the matter through your contact.
