Localizing user interface text

How do I go about changing the language of the words that appear in the user control area under the presentation pane (Slide x or x; stopped, etc) and under the tabs (11 minutes 0 seconds remaining)?

Within an open presentation in PowerPoint, click on Presenter or Breeze menu and then choose Theme Editor.
At the bottom of the dialog box, click the Text Labels button.
You can then choose a different language or you can double click the entry in Custom text next to the field and then type your own text.
Be careful not to change the %n or %t which is slide number of total etc.

I have the same problem. I want to do this on several computers.
I tried to edit the language.xml under Presenter/Themes with no success.

Witch file should i locate and edit to make this changes.

I also want to change the standard inside a quiz, like complete and so on.

Must I do this manually each time?

I found out that this.(edit textlabels) couldn't be done.... :(

Hope for more functionality in version 7 🙂
