Opera Browser settings in PRE. Is this right?

I was looking at various ini files to see if I could help out Move the Media Cache Folder using a script.

While doing so I discovered a whole load of .ini files in E:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 7.0\Browser, all of which relate to the Opera internet browser. I also found Opera files in C:\Users\Neale\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Elements\7.0.

Is this normal? I'm guessing yes as the files suggest they are 'Embedded Opera v7' (while current browser is v10.6) but would like to be sure.

I don't have Opera installed on my computer -- but I do see some Opera-related files in my PROGRAM FILES ... BROWSER folder.

None in my APPLICATION DATA though. But I'm looking at an XP machine, so my file structure may be different too.
