Hi Every one,
Thanks for checking my post,
I am looking for some advice on converting a flex application to AIR. I understand the basics, but am having trouble converting my DEGRAFA map. When creating a flex application I used the following stage scale mode (below) to keep all the panels in the same proportion when resizing the browser. When running the AIR application I found that the stage scale mode didn't work, only the top corner of one panel was displayed.
applicationComplete ="stage.scaleMode = StageScaleMode.EXACT_FIT;"
Does anyone have any advice on how to correct this?
It may be useful to know the following:
My application size is: width="1020" height="820"
The other panel sizes and positionings are:
- width="710" height="540" x="10" y="54"
- width="290" height="240" x="728" y="54"
- width="1010" x="10" y="600"
- width="290" height="290" x="728" y="302"
- there's also an application header that I am going to take out
P.S. I should mention that I am a bit of a flex noob (only using for the last 6 months) and this is my first AIR application.
Thanks for that.
I've only had time for a quick browse of your blog posting. I will read up more tomorrow. Does the post apply to AIR applications?
Thank you for the blog posting. I tried to use the advice there but it must be quite different for AIR. I will try posting on the AIR forum.
