I'm waiting too for response on use IT8.7/1 chart for a color managed workflow to convert photographic film to DNG master file.
We are just two with the same request.
I tried ACR Calibration Scripts for Adobe Photoshop two days after the request four or five months ago. I found is the only and best way to profile in ACR with De values, that is not supported by DNG Profile Editor nor other chart than Color Checker classic.
Since I want to "scan" with my DSLR photographic materials and ACR Calibration Scripts allows to profile with the more adapted IT8.7.
I have found two other tools: dcpTool, but haven´t found time to test because my short background in command line, and Andrew Stawowczyk Long's Color Camera Calibrator (Argyll based) supporting different targets as ACR Calibration Sript: http://www.nla.gov.au/preserve/dohm/coca.html
