I've downloaded and successfully installed Director 11.5 Mac Trial Version, and it crashes during startup. Sometimes I get the splash screen and menus, and other times it just crashes right away, but I can't get it to run. Adobe tech support will not help me because my installation has succeeded and it is a trial version. Not what I call a really great way to convince me to spend $1000 on a piece of software. That and offshored support have me pulling out the garlic and silver bullets.
I am using an Intel Mac with latest Snow Leopard. Any ideas appreciated.
