To connect directly to the database, you would theoretically need to use a socket connection and write an ActionScript connector for your particular DB. I don't think anyone has done this because, apart from database management utilities, there isn't much point. (Clients applications generally shouldn't connect directly to a database.)

Then could you please suggest me, how i can sync my local sqlite database with the server mysql database. I want my application should work when there is no net also, by using local sqlite database. And when there is net we should able to sync our local database with the server database.

The same way that would you connect to the server database if you were using a web client application.If mySQL doesn't have a web service, then you would need to create one that exposed your sync functions.
