HP Printing from Adobe Reader 9.3.3 is cutting off the top 3 inches of each page... just blank

I'm using an HP 4700dn printer.  It was printing fine from the start, but I do a monthly publication and this month I noticed it.  In portrait mode, the top 3 inches are blank.  In landscape mode, the right 3 inches are blank.  It's only while printing from Adobe Reader.  I had 9.2.something and that's when I noticed the problem.  I just downloaded 9.3.3 and it's the same thing.  I'm running OSX 10.6.4.  Apple blamed it on HP.  HP blamed it on Adobe.  I still think it's HP's driver, but they claim the driver hasn't changed.  I set up my printer as a generic post-script and it's working fine... slow, but fine.  Again, it just happened within the last month.  I never do blind updates from Apple, so the only things I've updated were security items, OS, and drivers.  The printer prints fine with any other program.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
