Theoretically, yes, because the profiles are built from data that goes beyond the smaller imaging circle of the 645D.

did Pentax/Hoya provide those profiles itself or were they built by Adobe, just curiois...
The note under the new profile list on the LR3.2RC page says:
"NOTE: The Pentax and Zeiss profiles are the result of collaboration between Adobe and the respective lens manufacturer."
And, in general, an .LCP file contains XML <stCamera:Author> tags that indicate who created each profile resource section.
