    Adobe Salt on FlashPaper Wound

      Just checked my email box and found one entitled 'Adobe Case Update'.  It is Adobe Tech Support's follow-up to my request for FlashPaper2 support (and subsequent denial of support).  The email states:  Dear Preston Mitchell,   We believe your issue is resolved and have therefore closed your case #307265875. Etc. Etc."   Ha, ha, denial of support that Adobe promises to give is resolution of my support issue!!!
