ANNC-SiteLander Major update- please check out my website builder   and play with it

    Level 7
      Hi all

Some of you may already know about SiteLander, a very unique website-builder I have been working
on, although I'm sure most of you don't.

Either way, I would like you to check it out; I have made major improvements to it.
It's never been your average website-builder, but now it is, I think, very intuitive and playfull,
-i love to play with it- and I think it deserves to be talked about.

I think that it's good for people who love simplicity, good design, but don't know any code or don't
want to deal with it, yet can be smart about learning through experiments, and experiment enough to
build a nice looking site, with images galleries, video, audio, texts, and all this nicely layed out
together in clean web pages, all editable and customizable.

A good place to start, to play with it, is:

      http://sitelander.com/sitelander_live_demo/?p=gal-edit+this+image+gallery&gallery

try to edit the image gallery. Click on anything, an image, or the "admin" link at the bottom of the
page. Experiment in SiteLander land. Create a page. whatever.

Then tell me what you think, how it went, and if you think that's not a nice website builder.

Don't buy it yet. I'm still working on it.

But you can download the free trial and upload it to your server, to try it at home.

            thanks Kim.
I realize I posted this annoucement at the wrong time and the wrong day if I wanted attention...
In any case I'll add that amongst the major updates I made to it, are:

-full-featured image gallery generator with thumbnail and image caption
-image resising with live preview of new size
-common html tags insertion in the html editor, including custom tables.
-file inserts in html editor (this is a great feature that allows you to insert any type or file in
a page, file that you can choose on your computer, on your site, or on the web, in just a few clicks).
-insert editing (set the insert alignment, and caption if it is an image)
-more customizable styles (in admin>manage styles)

and the most notable features would be:
-seamless support for a large array of file types: audio, video (including flash video), and of
            course images, text and html...
-the "edit mode" that allows you to click on anything in your actual site for instant editing.
-CSS based design customization (without any knowledge of css required), which allows you to
customize virtually any aspect of your site, and save sets of styles (like "skins").
