      Hi Please some one give sagation

      Can it possible to connect Oracle Database with director
      I want to use oracle(Sql) with director to make a database
      which works 100%.

          These questions could be asked in separate threads. As with my otehr,
          I'd suggest you look at teh Mile High table and see what database Xtras
          are available:

            If your DB is hosted on an ASP server I’ve written a set of ASP and Lingo scripts that work together to allow SQL calls from within Director without using an xtra. The scripts uses RC4 encryption on the query string, the returning record set can be optionally encrypted. Probably not 100% secure but not bad either (no one has broken RC4 yet). The scripts DO NOT filter user input for SQL insertion attacks; I felt this was best handled on a project by project basis. The scripts have only been tested with Access 2000 but there’s nothing in them that is data source specific other than the data connection string (which has to be changed for every project anyway). There’s no reason I can think of why they wouldn’t work with Oracle. The code is somewhat lengthy, I’ll post if you’re interested.
