problems in encore cs5

Hi,

I have just finished a Wedding in Premiere Pro CS5 and using Dynamic link sent it to Encore. All was great but some of the footage has vertical bars +-40 of them with a red tint. I have reinstalled Encore and PP and still the same. I used media encoder and made a mpeg 2 file and imported that into Encore and all is OK. I am running a Intel Xeon dual quad core 2.33 with 16 gig ram FX 3800 card 1tb seagate OS  2 x (2 x 1tb raid 0) with Win 7 64 bit ultimate. the project is DV Pal 1hr 45min with some FX Showstoppers  and Digitaljuice FX.

please help I need it finished by Saturday.

Before this I was using CS4 and all worked great
