Don't import individual files. Import the complete BPAV directory.
Thanks for your quick response but I just have an MXF file. I don´t have BPAV directories.
Yes, I am using a trial version. Does it matter for MXF files?

Read the trial limitations.
Due to licensing costs the free trial version does not import or export any form of MPEG.
I was trying to import an MPEG-2 MXF file. So, I should wait my license arrive to check it out.
Thank you all,
CS5 works beautifully with XDCAM MXF files from the EX1/3 and PMW-350.
In fact, converting native files into MXF is the only way to have good audio in a CS5 timeline when working with footage shot with the 350.
Apart from this relatively minor bug (converting files into MXF using Clip Browser is lightning fast), editing XDCAM files is silky smooth.
Hopefully, by the time your copy of Premiere arrives the update, which includes a fix for the audio bug, will have been released.
According to an Adobe employee it's just a matter of days.
