Look at your database and see what you are using for your primary key. Somehow you are attempting to insert data that is designated as a primary key and that data already exists in the DB. You can't repeat the same data if it is your primary key. Primary keys must be unique.
Social security numbers are sometimes used as a primary key (before all the ID theft started). Give us what you are using as a primary key and may be we can help further.

This is NOT the problem. Step by step...
I delete all records in my table so it is now empty.
I open my DW insert record form and insert a record.
Checking in access, the new record is there.
I enter another record in my insert form with a different PK.
I get the message about having duplicate PK's
The only thing I can come up with is that there is a hidden object on this form.
Maybe I'll try creating an insert page for a different table.
How are you generating your PK?
