    using WSDL generated classes

    ysetko

      Hello,

      I have a bunch of classes created by FlashBuilder4 from a WSDL, but I am having troubles using some of them.

      For example, here is a part of a Web Service request generated by SoapUI from the same WSDL:

      .................

      <ns:DepartureDateTime WindowBefore="?" WindowAfter="?" CrossDateAllowedIndicator="?">?</ns:DepartureDateTime>

      .................

      On Flex generated class I can see all XML tag attributes such us "WindowBefore", "WindowAfter" and "CrossDateAllowedIndicator" represented as variables with Get and Set methods:

      .................

         /**
           * properties
           */
          private var _internal_WindowBefore : int;
          private var _internal_WindowAfter : int;
          private var _internal_CrossDateAllowedIndicator : Boolean;
      .................

      So I can assign values to those attributres:

      ................

                  var dateTime:DateTime_type = new DateTime_type();
                  dateTime.OutBound = new TravelDateTimeType();
                  dateTime.OutBound.DepartureDateTime = new TimeInstantType();
                  dateTime.OutBound.DepartureDateTime.WindowAfter = "P1970Y1M1DT7H";
                  dateTime.OutBound.DepartureDateTime.CrossDateAllowedIndicator = false;
                  dateTime.OutBound.DepartureDateTime.???

      ................

      However there is nothing on "dateTime.OutBound.DepartureDateTime" that I could find to assign the actual XML tag value (2010-02-18T06:43:00):

      .....................

      <DepartureDateTime WindowAfter="P1970Y1M1DT7H">2010-02-18T06:43:00</DepartureDateTime>

      .....................

      Am I missing something?

      How can I assign that "2010-02-18T06:43:00" value to the WebService Request instance?

      Apreciate your help.

      George
