Ordering of index subkeywords: how to change?

I'm using RH8 to produce HTML help. In my index pod, I have one keyword with three subkeyword entries that are alphabetically ordered. That is how they appear in the generated index as well. However, if you click the keyword in the generated index, the three subkeyword entries are in REVERSE alphabetical order.

I see there is a Sort item on the right-click menu but its options aren't available when I click the keyword or subkeywords. See below.

Hi Victoria.

I think what you meant to say was that you are using the RH HTML application to produce your help but you are not outputting HTML Help. From the look of the example you provided this looks nothing like a CHM file index. It looks more like WebHelp output. Would I be correct? The bad news is if I am I'm not sure what to suggest. You could try testing the output on different machines and browsers to see if the same occurs.

You are correct, I mis-characterized my output. I am producing WebHelp, not Microsoft HTML Help (which is the kind the produces a .chm file).

Thanks,

Victoria
