We just installed Reader 9 and an issue has been reported when viewing pdfs in a browser window. When you click on a page of the pdf, it turns blue letting you know the focus is on that page. When you click on a different page, that page turns blue and the previous page is again white. Is there a setting somewhere in Reader 9 to either turn off this feature or change the color that the pdf changes to?
We had this issue with Reader 7 and were able to resolve it by going into Edit>Preference>General and uncheck the "Enable text selection for the Hand Tool". This option is no longer there. The person who reported this likes to use the hand tool and would prefer a solution that can be done to change the color or remove it.
That preference is still there.
Preferences>General>Basic Tools>Make hand tool select text and images.
They just changed the verbiage a little to keep us on our toes.
Thanks. Didn't know that.
That setting was not checked. Any other settings to look at or a way to change or remove the color when the page is selected?
