One student reported that he wasn't able to hear the audio for a presentation that was created using Adobe Presenter. He can see the slides but there's no audio. He can hear audio for tutorials created from captivate and other programs. He says he's tried Firefox, Internet Explorer and even Chrome and has the latest flash player installed. He is also in another country and admits to having internet problems but, he is able to attend live sessions that are done with breeze connect.
Has anyone experienced anything similar to this or have any suggestions?
