Last Friday, I was having RoboHelp problems again; the system
was getting more and more sluggish, until finally I tried to open a
file and got an error message to the effect of "... cannot access
database...corrupt files..." etc. (I know, I wish I'd written the
damned things down...). As this is the second time in about two
months this has happened, my colleagues were a little concerned
about what might be causing this. We were able to recover RoboHelp
via backup tapes.
Anyone know how RoboHelp files get corrupted, or why there
would be a database access problem?
